What timber species are available?

We manufacture timber doors and windows using the following timbers:

Western red Cedar
Meranti
Merbau
Jarrah
Australian Oak
European Oak (if available)

Do you manufacture windows and doors to custom sizes?

YES, all products are made to order, making them unique to your project.

Do you install timber windows and doors?

While we are primarily a manufacturer, we do offer installation of all new products provided your order is for more than a single window or door.

What warranty do we get?

We offer a full 2-year comprehensive warranty. While some other manufacturers offer up to 6 year warranties, they contain many limitations and exclusions. Download a copy of the complete ACT Joinery warranty here. 

Do you have a showroom?

You can see a working display of our windows and doors at our showroom from 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday. We recommend you make an appointment so we can spend time with you.

Do you manufacture products suitable for bushfire areas?

Yes, we can manufacture our doors and windows for BAL 12.4 – BAL 29.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT transfer, cash or cheque. Sorry, but we don’t offer credit card facilities at this time.

Our extensive product range is sought after by both commercial and private clients. Each item is fully customisable and made to measure here in Adelaide. Combining the latest technology with traditional skills, no job is too difficult or out of the ordinary.

Now, let’s get technical… our timber doors and window sashes are fully mortise and tenon jointed to provide exceptional strength and a long service life. They’re also provided fully beaded as standard, or you can take advantage of our factory glazing service. Fly screens for many of our products can be supplied in either timber or aluminium.
